by Q: How do I stop standing up during swing...
Q: I have a terrible time with standing up right at the last minute of my downswing. Of course, this tends to make me slice and/or hit behind the ball and/or top it. What the best way to train myself to stop this?

If you feel that you are 'standing up' through impact with a tendency to hit behind the ball you are most likely not getting your weight through to your left side in the downswing. From the top of your backswing, focus on getting your head, shoulders, and torso over your left foot with your body facing the target at the completion of your swing. Make practice swings without a club in your hand and concentrate on finishing the swing in 'perfect' balance over your left foot. Another good 'drill' is to put a tee in the ground about a foot in front of where you would position the ball and practice hitting the tee out of the ground.
